Continuing its long-held tradition of idea and best-practice sharing among its international licensing partners and retailers, Spring Air International recently hosted its 8th Annual Global Summit Conference in Taipei, Taiwan.
Representatives from 25 countries took part in the conference where they received a report on the brand’s success in 2017 and plans for the new year.
During the conference, Nick Bates, president of Spring Air International, outlined company initiatives introduced during the year, including a more interactive website to engage consumers through improved SEO, a new customer relationship management system, and a more active social media presence to leverage conversations with consumers. Each licensee also provided the group with an update on their individual businesses before the group in left Taiwan for stops in Hawaii and then Las Vegas where the group received a comprehensive review of Spring Air’s products.
The conference, held each year in a different location, brings together the licensees to discuss strategic plans for sales growth, to share best practices and to brainstorm new initiatives.
“This is a very important annual meeting for us because it not only allows for critical thought-leadership and best practice exchange, but enables us to present our new programs and share our success,” Bates said. “For most of our international licensees, Spring Air is their leading brand. In 2018, the conference will be held in Dubai, and in 2019, the group will meet in Cologne, Germany.
